Miller's "Masters of the Air" was published in 2006 and details the air war over Europe during World War II. It's been scripted for television and will premiere on Apple TV+ in January.

In a few months, the pages and the story of "Masters of the Air" will finally come to life on Apple TV+ as a big-budget production.

The 13th Oktoberfest opened Friday night at SteelStacks in Bethlehem. The German-inspired festival will be held Friday, Oct. 6 through Sunday, Oct. 8, and Friday, Oct. 13 through Sunday, Oct. 15. It features polka and other music, a variety of beer, food and entertainment.
