Bethlehem Area School District students involved in the innovative Marketing MusikFest class announced the bands they booked for the big Lehigh Valley festival on Friday, May 3.

Nashville artist-songwriter George Birge, whose song "Beer Beer, Truck Truck" went viral on social media in 2021, then who hit No. 1 with the song "Mind On You" in 2022, will be Brad Paisley's "special guest" at the Aug. 30 concert at Allentown Fair grandstand.

The Doobie Brothers, with four classic-lineup members, including its two singers, will perform at 8 p.m. Sept. 28 at Allentown’s PPL Center.

The 2nd Annual No Planet B Jamboree, featuring regional music acts Moustapha Noumbissi, Clover and Galen Deery & The Reason Why (formerly Mystik Fool), will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 21, in The Sun Inn Courtyard, 564 Main St., Bethlehem.

Roberts was coached by guest mentor Jennifer Hudson and Michael Bublé on "The Voice" Knockout Rounds on Tuesday, Nov. 12.

Addison Agen, who finished second to Chloe Kohanski on the show's 13th season, will perform at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, at the center at 30 E. Belvidere St., Nazareth.

Musikfest will be "Different Round Here" in 2025, with country singer Riley Green announced as the first headliner for next summer's festival.

Carpenter also matched the six nominations by fellow Pennsylvania native Taylor Swift, though several of Swift's nominations came in lessor categories such as Best Music Video and Best Pop Duo/Group.

Papa Roach, Rise Against and Underoath say they are coming to Allentown's PPL Center on Sept. 19.

ArtsQuest on Friday released an image of its official 2025 Musikfest poster that features mixed media art techniques by Banana Factory teaching artist Mallory Zondag.

Drake Bell, who is best known for his starring roles on Nickelodeon’s “The Amanda Show” with Amanda Bynes from 1999-02, and “Drake & Josh” from 2004-07, will perform at 7 p.m. Jan. 17 at Signature Event Center, 137 Erin Lane, Brodheadsville.
