The theater's Christmas City Follies performance is now in its 24th year.

The famous soprano singer will perform her favorite holiday hits and top-charting tunes at Wind Creek Event Center on Nov. 29.

The Christmastime tradition features a mix of modern and classic choreography at the State Theatre on Saturday, Nov. 29.

The ice skating rink opens to the public on Tuesday, Nov. 21 and will feature 23 theme nights and days.

Kurt Vile plays Saturday as headliner for 75th anniversary of Muhlenberg College's student radio station WMUH-FM at Allentown's Miller Symphony Hall.

On display are Baez's guitars, artwork, personal letters and other items on loan from the singer.

The festival viewing event, which last year expanded to two days, will be April 27-28 in Frank Banko Alehouse Cinemas at the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks.

On Thursday, Sept. 12, PPL Center turns 10, and since that opening show by The Eagles, the arena has offered more than 1,365 events and brought more than 4.58 million visitors to downtown Allentown for events.

In the decade since Allentown's PPL Center opened on Sept. 12, 2014, with a concert by The Eagles, the venue has presented 83 concerts, including comedy shows.

Cirque du Soleil's "Crystal," which had a successful run at PPL Center in 2018, will return early in 2025 "due to popular demand," Cirque announced.
