Democrat Jeremy Clark won election over Republican James Fuller to become Northampton County judge, according to unofficial Northampton County election returns. Clark will fill the seat being opened by the retirement of longtime Judge Anthony Beltrami.

All three of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court justices who sought reelection Tuesday will get another term. The result shapes the makeup of the seven-member court through the next presidential election in 2028.

President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump have arranged for their own debates with CNN, ABC and CBS, cutting out the nonpartisan Commission on Presidential Debates. The commission had selected Lafayette College to host its vice presidential debate in September.
