Disney on Ice at PPL Center
PPL Center in Allentown will host seven shows between Jan. 19-22, as Disney on Ice presents "Let's Celebrate."
Hosted by Mickey and Minnie, the event goes on an adventure “on the ice” with more than 50 Disney characters. Fans will see Donald Duck, Goofy and more. Disney princesses such as Cinderella, Ariel and Snow White will also be featured.
The stories presented include both classic and modern favorites for Disney fans. There will be award-winning skaters, high-energy choreography and a spectacular set to celebrate all the unforgettable Disney shows and create a one-of-a-kind experience.
Participants of the event will also get to enjoy over 30 renowned Disney songs such as “Let It Go!” and “You’ve Got A Friend in Me.”

- Friday, Jan. 20 - 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday, Jan. 21 - 11:00 a.m.

Drive-In Double Feature: Raiders of the Lost Ark and Top Gun: Maverick
Shankweiler's Drive-In Theatre features two movies on the big screen and under the stars.
The two movies include "Raiders of the Lost Ark," a 1981 American action-adventure film directed by Steven Spielberg that tells the story of Indiana Jones, and "Top Gun: Maverick," a 2022 summertime favorite dedicated to a story of naval aviators.
Here’s the showtime schedule:
- Jan 20, 2023 7 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
- Jan 21, 2023 7 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
Gates open at 5 p.m. You can get a ticket either onsite or in advance on the theater’s website.
Hellertown - Lower Saucon Restaurant Week
Hellertown's Restaurant Week ends this Saturday, Jan. 21. So seize the moment to visit restaurants you haven’t been to.
Participating restaurants include Braveheart Highland Pub, Lost Tavern Brewing, Yianni's Taverna and more. Check out more information about the restaurants, menus and specials here.
