The public sees construction crews break ground and manage traffic, but they often miss years of behind-the-scenes work such as acquiring rights of way, managing utilities and engineering. That's what's happening at Freemansburg Avenue and Farmersville Road.

The REAL ID federal enforcement deadline is approaching. Driver License Centers throughout Pennsylvania are opening their doors for "REAL ID Days" on Mondays — when they're typically closed — to exclusively process REAL ID's.

Projects in Lehigh and Northampton counties were approved to get state funding by the Commonwealth Financing Authority on Monday, Feb. 24.
