Jerome Bauder, 65, died Monday at 6:40 p.m. at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, Lehigh County Coroner Dan Buglio said. Bauder was hit by a vehicle on Oct. 1 at West Allen and North 15th streets.
