Lehigh Valley Health Network teamed up with Spirit Halloween for their annual Halloween party. More than 200 children came to celebrate.

The festival, which features which retailers, artisans and food in heated tents on the SteelStacks campus, will open for its 32nd year on the weekend of Nov. 15.

The book festival will feature workshops, poetry, lectures by authors and discussions on the environment, LGBTQ rights, diversity and the steel industry. It runs through Sunday at various locations in the city.

It was only the fourth time in Musikfest's 41-year history that a headline show has been ended because of weather — the first since 2012, when Musikfest stopped rock group Jane's Addiction from continuing after just 33 minutes because of lightning.

Gates for the headliner show now will open at 4 p.m. and the Old Dominion performance will begin at 5 p.m., the festival said in a release.
