Lehigh Valley shelters are adding capacity as meteorologists forecast between 10 and 16 inches of snow starting Sunday.

The Coalition for Appropriate Transportation moved into a 2,500-square-foot space at the new Walnut Street parking garage in Bethlehem. Advocates say it will enhance the alternative transportation cooperative's outreach and mission.
