UPPER MACUNGIE TWP., Pa. — Developers presented plans for another warehouse in Upper Macungie Township to the township planning commission at a meeting Wednesday.

The applicant, RDM Group, presented a sketch plan of a 49,320-square-foot warehouse at 121 Nestle Way and 8361 Schantz Road. It would be across the street from the township municipal building.

RDM Group presented a sketch plan for a 40,257-square-foot warehouse at the same location in July, but amended the plan in the months since.

The developer retracted a request for a special exception in September. The applicant’s engineer, Rocco Caracciolo, said that was because the plan had changed.

No one in the audience Wednesday had any comments about the sketch plan.

The other agenda item, discussion of the Tercha Minor Subdivision Plan, was tabled for the commission’s next meeting on Dec. 21.
