BETHLEHEM, Pa. — A country/pop singer who in just seven years has put eight gold and platinum hits on the charts will play Wind Creek Event Center, it was announced.
Carly Pearce, best known for her triple-platinum 2019 hit "I Hope You're Happy Now" with Lee Brice, will perform at 8 p.m. May 2 at the venue. Singer Carter Faith will be the opening act.

Pearce won the Academy of Country Music's Female Artist of the Year in 2022 and Country Music Association's Female Vocalist of the Year in 2021.
She also won the Grammy Award for Best Country Duo/Group Performance for her song "Never Wanted to Be That Girl" with Ashley McBryde.
Pearce's debut album, "Every Little Thing," in 2017, peaked at No. 4 on the County Albums chart and produced the platinum title track, which hit no. 1 on the Country Airplay chart, and the gold hit "Hide the Wine."
Her self-titled 2020 sophomore album peaked at No. 6 on the Country Albums chart and contained both "I Hope You're Happy Now," which hit No. 1 on the County Airplay chart, and the gold hit "Closer to You."
Her third album, 2021's "29: Written in Stone," peaked at No. 9 and had the hits "Next Girl," "Never Wanted to Be That Girl" and "What He Didn't Do," all of which sold platinum.
Her latest disc, "Hummingbird," was released in June, had the gold hit "We Don't Fight Anymore" (featuring Chris Stapleton). Her latest single is "Truck on Fire."
