BETHLEHEM, Pa. — Be known as the ultimate lover on Valentine's Day with some Taylor Swift inspired-vegan chocolates.
Vegan Treats' Wonderstruck Sweethearts box — inspired by the pop star's massive catalog of love ballads and breakup hits — is part of the bakery's new Valentine's collection.
They're also getting into the Super Bowl act, offering up vegan cakes celebrating Swift and her beau, Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce.
"We're passionate Swifties, and personally, her music serves as the soundtrack to my life. It's only natural that one form of art inspires another," Vegan Treats founder and loyal Swiftie Danielle Konya said.
"Valentine's Day has frequently been associated with breakups, so what better way to embrace that sentiment than by curating an entire collection based on breakup and reconciliation songs?"
The "Wonderstruck" 15-piece chocolate limited edition box costs $75.95 and arrives with a “Vegan Treats Era” friendship bracelet.
The deadline to pre-order is Feb. 12. Vegan Treats is at 1444 Linden St.
"It’s perfect for your lover or your bestie. There’s even a collection of stickers, patches, and pouches inspired by our inner-Swiftiness," Konya said.
'Champagne problems'
This isn't Konya's first venture into Tay-Tay territory.
One of her first cake designs made its debut in 2021 during Swift's "Fearless: (Taylor's Version)" era.
"Our initial Taylor Swift-inspired creations were 'Champagne Problems' cakes made for New Year's Eve in 2021. It was a lot of fun and ignited a cascade of subsequent designs," she said.
Swift's red hot romance with Kelce, slated to play in his third Super Bowl on Sunday with the Chiefs, gave Konya another idea.
Her three game-inspired cakes for Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas come bejeweled with footballs and cute slogans like "Go Taylor's Boyfriend," "Taylor's Version," and "Big Yeti," a nickname given to Kelce, a tight end who is one of the NFL's best receivers.
No matter what customers order, Konya and her staff are "Ready for It."
"Creating the 'Go Taylor's Boyfriend' cake was a real labor of love, taking approximately 1.5 hours, as we were committed to getting the lettering just right. Instead of using a mold, we hand-cut the letters, which added to the time, but it was worth it for the result," Konya said.
"We were group texting each other when we saw dozens of emails coming through to order it within minutes of our post. As I speak, my team is sculpting footballs, cutting letters, and baking cakes in preparation."
Stay tuned for other Tay Tay themes that may pop up before the big game, she added.
Major fandom
The connection between Swift and Kelce is giving major fandom vibes, both in the NFL and among her loyal fanbase.
Swift's interest in football and appearance at games generated the equivalent of $331.5 million of brand value for the NFL and the Chiefs this season, according to Apex Marketing Sports.
And after winning her 13th Grammy on Sunday night, Swift announced her new album, "The Tortured Poets Department," will be released April 9.
That same night, the Pennsylvania-born songstress gained 373,706 followers on Instagram and over half a million followers in the last 30 days — thanks in part to the news she plans to attend Super Bowl LVlll in Las Vegas.
Additionally, Google searches for the singer increased by 1,061% worldwide following her Grammy win.
All of that equals some sweet news for Konya, who calls Swift one of her idols.
"I could listen to 'Midnights' on a never-ending loop without ever growing tired of it," she said.
As for Swift's rumored visit to Konya's shop — it's only in the baker's Wildest Dreams, at least for now.
"Anticipating eagerly, but it hasn’t happened yet. We’ve baked for so many amazing musicians but Taylor Swift would be the dream order. I feel the stress just thinking about what we’d make for her," she said.
