“ArtsQuest is ecstatic to partner with Upper Macungie Township again this year to present this concert series at Grange Park."
ArtsQuest Chief Operating Officer Curt Mosel

ArtsQuest Chief Operating Office Curt Mosel said the idea for the concerts arose out of conversations about ArtsQuest bringing back to Upper Macungie the SangriaFest festival for 2023 after a successful 2022 revival.

“Last year’s SangriaFest in Upper Macungie was very well received,” Mosel said. The conversation broadened to ArtsQuest working “with the township and business community to offer a wider variety of programs like Concerts on the Grange and others this year.

“ArtsQuest is ecstatic to partner with Upper Macungie Township again this year to present this concert series at Grange Park,” Mosel said. He said the new weekend concert series lets ArtsQuest “further its mission of providing accessible programming to the greater Lehigh Valley community."

Township Manager Robert Ibach Jr. said the municipality “is excited to partner with ArtsQuest and bring programming that will attract new audiences to Grange Park.”

“For the last four decades, ArtsQuest has consistently provided access to exceptional artistic, cultural and educational experiences," he said. "Concerts on the Grange is a great way to extend that access to our residents, enhance our quality of life, strengthen our community and grow what connects us to one another.”

Concerts on the Grange will be the first of four events ArtsQuest will produce at Grange Park in 2023. The others include the return of Sangriafest Upper Macungie, featuring Clover Hill, Vynecrest and Franklin Hill wineries, on Sept. 2.
