The Wind Creek show will start the band's 19-date nationwide Keep the Party Going Tour. It is the only Pennsylvania date on the tour.
Buffet, a Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, over a career of more than 50 years released 32 albums of original music, 11 compilations and 14 live albums that collectively sold 25 million copies.
He is best known for his 1977 No. 1 hit "Margaritaville" and songs "Come Monday" and "Changes in Latitudes, Changes in Attitudes."
He died in 2023 at age 76, and performed his last concert that year.
But a release for the Wind Creek show says that before he passed, he asked that everyone “keep the party going.”
"And that’s just what his band continues to do," release says.
'Delivering sing-along summer nights'
The release says audiences "can expect an evening filled with many of the iconic songs that defined Buffett’s career, as well as deep cuts and special insights and stories from the musicians who shared such a deep connection with Jimmy."
"The tour continues the band’s tradition of delivering singalong-filled summer nights that Buffett made a yearly ritual for Parrotheads everywhere," it says.
The show also will continue Buffet's long tradition of supporting the charity Singing for Change to fund grassroots, local non-traditional community organizations "turning good vibes into good deeds."Live Nation release
The group is led by guitarist Mac McAnally, a 10-time County Music Association Musician of the Year winner, who played with Buffet for 29 years and appeared on eight of his gold and platinum albums.
Also in the group are Buffett's keyboardist, Mick Utley, son of his longtime musical director, and steel guitar player Doyle Grisham, who first played with Buffett in 1972 and was in his band for 27 years.
And steelpan player Robert Greenidge, who was with Buffet for 40 years and appeared on a dozen of his gold and platinum albums.
Also, guitarist/singer James Mayer, drummer Roger Guth and guitarist Peter Mayer, all of whom were with Buffett for nearly 25 years and appeared on 10 or more gold and platinum discs.
Nadirah Shakoor, Buffett's featured female vocalist for 28 years, and singer Tina Gullickson, who toured with Buffett during that time, also will perform.
Also, trumpet player John Lovell, who was with the band for more than 30 years and appeared on several gold and platinum discs.
The release said McAnally, Emerick, Shakoor, Peter Mayer and Buffett collaborator and guitarist Will Kimbrough will share lead vocals.
