ALLENTOWN, Pa. — A rising all-female rock band that says its mission is to bring the heart of rock back to the mainstream and inspire young women is coming to the Lehigh Valley.

Plush, which has had the Top 40 Mainstream Rock chart hits “Hate” and “Left Behind,” will perform at 6 p.m. Thursday, June 6, at Maingate nightclub, 448 N. 17th St., Allentown, it was announced.

Tickets, at $20 in advance and $28 at the door, are on sale now at www.ticketweb.com. The show is for ages 21 and older.

Plush is led by singer Moriah Formica, who at 16 in 2017 became one of the youngest competitors in the history of the NBC-TV singing competition show “The Voice” to have all four judges turn their chairs for her.

The band, whose members all were younger than 21 when it formed, released its self-titled debut album in 2021 and saw its single “Hate” hit No. 24 on the Mainstream Rock chart.
