ALLENTOWN, Pa. — Allentown Fair's final announced show of its grandstand lineup this year will have listeners in the "New York Groove."
It also will make them "Cum On, Feel the Noize," and leave them "Once Bitten, Twice Shy."
The fair said Monday that Ace Frehley, former guitarist for KISS, and 1980s hard rockers Quiet Riot and Great White will perform at 7 p.m. Aug. 30.

The show completes the grandstand entertainment lineup for the 173rd anniversary fair, which runs Aug. 27-Sept. 1.
Frehley, 74, was KISS's lead guitarist 1973-82 and 1996-2002, wearing Spaceman makeup of the band character, and played on 11 of the band's studio albums and 11 live albums.
He sang lead on KISS's songs "Shock Me" and Cold "Gin," and his solo "New York Groove" from his 1978 solo debut album just missed the Top 10, peaking at No. 13.
Frehley has released nine solo albums and two with his band Frehley's Comet the most recent being this year's "Origins Vol. 3."
Frehley was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with KISS in 2014, and Guitar World magazine chose him among the Top 15 of Greatest Heavy Metal Guitarists of All Time.
Quiet Riot, Great White, other shows
Quiet Riot is best known for the 1983 hit "Cum on Feel the Noize," which peaked at No. 5 on the over Singles chart and was certified gold.
It also has lower-charting hits "Bang Your Head (Metal Health)," also from 1983, and "Mama Weer All Crazee Now" from 1984.
Billboard magazine designated the group as the first heavy metal band to top the Pop chart.

Its 1983 U.S. debut album "Metal Health" topped the albums chart and sold six times platinum. The follow-up, 1984's "Critical Condition," peaked at No. 15 and went platinum.
In all, it released 12 albums, the most recent of which was 2019's "Hollywood Cowboys."
Original lead singer Kevin Dubrow died in 2007. Bassist Rudy Sarzo is the only remaining original member.
Great White released its self-titled debut album in 1984, but didn't have chart success until its third album, 1987's "One Bitten," which included two Rock chart hits — "Love Me" and "Save Your Love."
Its fourth album, 1989's "...Twice Shy," broke the Top 10 and sold double-platinum with the band's biggest hit, "Once Bitten, Twice Shy." It was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Hard Rock performance.
Its 1991 album "Hooked," sold gold and had another Top 10 Rock chart hit, "Call It Rock & Roll," and the group released eight more albums through 2017's "Full Circle," but none broke the Top 100.
Lead singer Jack Russell left the group in 2010, and died in 2024. The current lineup includes original lead guitarist Mark Kendall and drummer Audie Desbrow and rhythm guitarist Michael Lardie, both of whom were in the band through its commercial heyday.
Previously announced for the fair were Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Heart on Aug. 27, country-rock pioneers Alabama on Aug. 28,top country music singer Kane Brown on Aug. 29, top comedian Gabriel Iglesias on Aug. 31 and the traditional Labor Day fair-closing J&J Demolition Derby on Sept. 1.
