Investigation details
The investigation included video surveillance as well as interviews with several witnesses, Holihan said.

Witnesses said the victim’s car had pulled next to Johnson’s delivery van and the victim got out of his vehicle.
The two vehicles then stopped at a traffic light.
Holihan previously told LehighValleyNews.com that Hernandez had confronted the delivery driver after believing the driver had struck the victim’s own vehicle earlier.

Hernandez-Arias tracked down the delivery van that he believed had earlier struck his car by following it through the city, Holihan said then.
After a verbal altercation, Hernandez-Arias was found to be on the hood of the van while Johnson drove nearly a quarter-mile.
During that time, the investigation revealed, Johson drove the van from side-to-side, trying to knock Hernandez-Arias off the hood.
Johnson then slammed on the brakes of the van causing Hernandez-Arias to fall onto the roadway in front of the van.
Johnson then ran over the victim and left the scene.
Police were able to locate the vehicle within an hour or two, using license plate readers positioned throughout the city, Holihan has said.
Hernandez was a father of three, according to a GoFundMe organized by his employer, East Coast Facilities Inc.
