ALLENTOWN, Pa. — A British rock band with the throwback glam-rock style that played a paid-ticket show at Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks last summer is coming to a smaller area venue.
The Struts, whose style recalls bands such as The Rolling Stones and Queen and who has had the hits “Could Have Been Me” and “Kiss This,” will perform at 7 p.m. June 28 at Archer Music Hall, it was announced Monday.
Tickets, the prices of which were not immediately released, go on sale 10 a.m. Friday, April 17 at the Archer Music Hall website and the box office at 939 Hamilton St., Allentown.Archer Music Hall

The show will be general admission standing. The capacity for a standing show in Archer Music Hall's main room is 1,600.
The Struts' Levitt Pavilion show last year drewabout 1,500 people.
The band recently celebrated the 10th anniversary of the United States release of its debut album, "Everybody Wants," which hit No. 15 on the Rock chart.
That disc also included the Top 10 Alternative chart hits "Could Have Been Me," which sold platinum, "Put Your Money on Me," which hit the Top 25, and "Kiss This."
“Could Have Been Me” also hit No. 1 on the Spotify Viral chart and No. 4 on the iTunes rock singles chart, and was used as the theme song of the WWE’s NXT brand’s 2015 pay-per-view NXT Takeover: London.
The video for the track had more than 1.5 million views within two months of its Vevo debut. The song now has more than 28 million views on YouTube.
Continuing success, previous shows
The band’s follow-up EP, “Have You Heard …,” hit the Top 10 on Billboard’s Heatseekers chart, and its sophomore album, 2018's "Young & Dangerous," peaked at No. 13 on the Rock chart.
The latter produced two Top 30 Rock chart hits, "One Night Only," which peaked at No. 18 on the Alternative chart, and "Body Talks," which peaked at No. 12 on the Rock chart..
Its most recent album was 2023's "Pretty Viscious," which produced the No. 16 Mainstream Rock chart hit "Too Good at Raising Hell."
The group said on its Facebook site in March that it's working on new music.
The Struts also headlined a sold-out show in Musikfest Cafe at ArtsQuest Center in 2018.
The Struts also have opened for The Rolling Stones, The Who, Foo Fighters, Guns N’ Roses and the last-ever show by Motley Crue.
They've also collaborated in the studio with Kesha, Tom Morello, Robbie Williams, Def Leppard and more.
