BETHLEHEM, Pa. — A free music festival that added to ArtsQuest's genre offerings last year will return for a second year.
One Earth ReggaeFest will offer a dozen reggae and related musical acts on two outdoor stages over 12 hours on July 1 on the SteelStacks campus. The hours will be noon to midnight.

- Headlining will be Mighty Mystic, who has recorded with Shaggy and Lutan Fyah
- The free festival will offer a dozen other music acts playing Cali reggae, classic reggae, hip-hop and funk
The festival also will offer eclectic vendors, Jamaican food and activities.
“We are excited to once again host this amazing celebration of culture this summer,” ArtsQuest's Chief Programming Officer Patrick Brogan said.
“Reggae is more than a genre of music. It’s an energy and vibe that we are excited to share throughout our community."

Headlining the festival will be Jamaican-born singer Mighty Mystic, who has released five albums in the past four years and shared vocals with Jamaican singer Lutan Fyah on the song "Rems Up" in 2010 and with Shaggy on 2008's "Here I Am."Mighty Mystic's most recent album was last year's "Giant."
Mighty Mystic's given name is Kevin Holness; he is the younger brother to current Jamaican Prime Minister Andrew Holness.
He has released three albums which all debuted in the top 10 on iTunes and Billboard Reggae charts — 2010's “Wake up the World,” 2014's “Concrete World” and 2016's “The Art of Balance.”
Other scheduled acts will offer Cali reggae, classic reggae, hip hop and funk.

They are Red Fox, Sun-Dried Vibes, Space Kamp, Cultivated Mind, Trouble City All-Stars, iRon Lion, Jah People, DJ Menace, LNJ Sessions, RootSetters and Lunch Trucks.
In a release, members of Space Kamp wrote that “One Earth Festival is extremely close to our hearts. We’re extremely thankful that ArtsQuest believed in and gave it a chance.
“The energy last year was amazing. We look forward to this year and watching it grow every year moving forward. The reggae-rock community is extremely tight-knit and it is wonderful to have a home in the Lehigh Valley for this amazing community to come together.”
The festival is continuing to take applications for vendors.
