Political candidates barnstormed the Lehigh Valley in the final days before Tuesday's election.
Attendees at outdoor rallies were treated to some near-record temperatures over the weekend.
Catch up on who was when and where:
1. But speaking of weather, the Lehigh Valley tied a record-high temperature on Saturday and hit the 70s again on Sunday.
We're expecting to reach a high of 71 degrees today, or just three degrees below the record high of 74 set for today's date back in 1938.
The National Weather Service forecast discussion says, "Tuesday will appear to be a beautiful day from indoors, with mostly sunny skies. However, compared to recent days, it will be considerably colder, with a gusty breeze helping exacerbate the effect. Most areas will stay in the 50s, which will feel like a shock for those who've gotten used to our several days in the 70s."
Translation: bundle up when you head out to vote!
2. Can you make ice with temperatures in the 70s? I guess officials at ArtsQuest will get that answer today as they begin the process of flooding the ice rink being built over the lawn at the Levitt Pavilion.
3. Republican Senate candidate Mehmet Oz stopped by a Bethlehem Township warehouse for a rally alongside state Republican House candidate Lisa Scheller and other GOP figures Sunday night. Read more from Ryan Gaylor.
4. Abortion is an issue motivating many voters to cast their ballot Tuesday, with some believing the midterm election's outcome could further restrict access in Pennsylvania. If you missed it, check out Brittany Sweeney's story from Sunday.
5. Coming up later today, our politics reporter Tom Shortell will have a final look at why your vote matters.
If you're still undecided, be sure to check out our Voter's Guide.
Have a great Monday!
