Every now and then, we have a day after which you just want to go home and hug your person — or your people — a little tighter. Tuesday was one of those days.
1. Far from a slow news day, Tuesday saw a "potentially lethal situation" when dozens of mostly children were exposed to high levels of carbon monoxide at an Allentown day care. Some were "unresponsive" by the time they arrived at the hospital.
2. Get a good look Wednesday morning, that's the most sun you're going to see for a couple days. The National Weather Service in Mt. Holly, NJ, says Wednesday will become increasingly cloudy with a high of 70 degrees with a low of 55 degrees Wednesday night.
3. The U.S. Supreme Court set its sights on last year's Lehigh County judicial race when it overturned a lower court's ruling to say that mail-in ballots with no dates on them should not be counted. That will be effective going forward and will have no bearing on the winner of last year's race.
4. Bunnies! We promised you yesterday that Olivia Marble would have a story about abandoned bunnies, and she does! Check out these adorable furry creatures and adopt one!
5. Coming up: Getting married? Check out Ryan Kneller's story about a place you can go to plan every little detail to make your day special.
