BETHLEHEM, Pa. — Lehigh Valley Public Media aired a special live program, “A Community Conversation: Navigating Menopause.”

Hosted by PBS39 Executive Producer Brittany Sweeney, guests help unpack the truth about menopause — from misunderstood myths to the real-life impact it has on women’s mental health, relationships and careers.
Viewers will learn about the gaps in medical training, the toll on workplace performance, and the often-silent struggle women face.
The program also will highlight the power of informed choices, lifestyle tools, and the surprising upsides of this life stage, Sweeney said.
