NAZARETH, Pa. — Northampton County’s county-run nursing home once again is offering short-term rehabilitation.
Gracedale Nursing Home was upgraded using funds from the American Rescue Plan, officials said in a news release.

“Whether in the hospital for three days or two weeks, the Gracedale Nursing Home team will devise a plan unique to your needs to work toward helping you regain your previous level of function and safely return to the community,” Northampton County Executive Lamont McClure said.
The 32-bed unit is equipped with an occupational/speech/physical therapy gym.

Patients with Medicare, Medicaid, most private insurances, Department of Veterans Affairs coverage, workers' compensation and automobile accident claims can apply for the short-term rehab program.
