BETHLEHEM, Pa. — Changes in leadership at Lehigh Valley Health Network are underway.
Two of the system’s main campuses now have new presidents.
- LVHN has appointed two new leaders
- Bob Begliomini is the new president of the Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest campus and the Lehigh Region
- Jim Miller now is President of the LVH–Muhlenberg campus and the Northampton Region
Bob Begliomini has been announced as president of the Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest campus and the Lehigh Region of Lehigh Valley Health Network.
Begliomini will oversee the LVH–Cedar Crest, LVH–17th Street, LVHN–Tilghman and LVHN–1503 N campuses.
Jim Miller has been announced as president of the LVH–Muhlenberg campus and the Northampton Region.
Miller will oversee the LVH–Muhlenberg, LVH–Hecktown Oaks and LVHN–Highland Avenue campuses.
'Helped programs, facilities grow and thrive'
For the past five years, Begliomini was president of LVH–Muhlenberg.

“His leadership helped the campus’s services, programs and facilities grow and thrive,” LVHN Public Information Officer Brian Downs said in a news release.
“During his time at LVH–Muhlenberg, the health network opened the Family Health Pavilion, which includes the Family Birth and Newborn Center, a Level II NICU and Inpatient Rehabilitation Center.
"The hospital also earned accreditation as a Level II Trauma Center and celebrated its 60th anniversary caring for the community.”
Begliomini started at LVHN in 2001 as administrator of pharmacy services. In 2014, he was appointed vice president of operations at LVH–Muhlenberg, then in 2018 was chosen hospital resident and senior vice president of operations for LVHN.
'An experienced leader'
Miller started at LVHN as a cardiac nurse anesthetist and became director of Lehigh Valley anesthesia services in 2005.
He also was vice president of operations and perioperative services before being selected president of LVH–Hecktown Oaks, then chief operating officer of LVH–Cedar Crest.

Miller will continue to serve as senior vice president of Lehigh Valley Institute for Surgical Excellence.
LVHN’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer John Pierro will oversee Begliomini and Miller.
