SALISBURY TWP., Pa. - LVHN vaccinated about a 1,000 people during a single day event at Dorney Park last week.

Alex Benjamin, the network’s Chief Infection Control and Prevention Officer, says he doesn’t know when they’ll do it again.

“With the, you know, shortage of vaccines available at this point, right now, we don’t have any other days scheduled for Dorney Park,” Benjamin says.

He says LVHN is prepared to deliver more vaccines, whenever they get them.

“I feel like we have our bases covered, in terms of multiple ways to get the vaccine out to the community,” he says, “Really, the limiting thing is the amount of vaccine.”

Right now the only appointments available are for people getting their second shot.
