BETHLEHEM, Pa. — The candidates to lead Lehigh County government will meet face to face tonight in a debate organized by Lehigh Valley Public Media.
The live debate begins at 7 p.m. at the Univest Public Media Center on the SteelStacks campus.
It’s the third and final debate this campaign season between Democrat Josh Siegel and Republican Roger MacLean.

Siegel and MacLean are vying for a four-year term as Lehigh County executive, succeeding Democrat Phil Armstrong, who has reached his term limit after this year.
Siegel, 31, is a state representative in Allentown. He’s a former city councilman and school board member.
MacLean, 73, is a former Allentown police chief and city councilman who served briefly as acting mayor in 2018 following the resignation of Ed Pawlowski, who was convicted of public corruption charges.

The hourlong debate will be co-moderated by politics reporter Tom Shortell of LehighValleyNews.com and Megan Frank, host of 91.3 WLVR’s All Things Considered in the afternoons.
