ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Lisa Scheller declared victory this afternoon - and addressed GOP opponent Dean Browning’s supporters directly.
"As Republicans, we now have a shared mission. To re-elect Donald Trump and defeat the Nancy Pelosi-puppet Susan Wild this November,” said Scheller.
The AP shows the race split 52-48 - with Scheller holding a lead of just over 16 hundred votes. Lehigh County is still counting mail-in ballots - and Browning has not conceded the race.
“To be honest with you the math is definitely against me, I just want to see the trend on those uncounted ballots before I make a decision,” said Browning.
