The search of Johns' home was conducted Friday by the task force along with the Easton Police Department, Palmer Police Department, and the Pennsylvania State Police Emergency Response Team.

Authorities said they found over one pound of methamphetamine, a stolen firearm, and approximately 1,000 pills containing MDMA, or ecstasy.

A news release from the Northampton County District Attorney's Office said police also recovered a 9mm handgun reported stolen from Allentown.

Johns was described as a Black male, 5-foot-11 in height and weighing about 210 pounds. He is charged with receiving stolen property, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to deliver drugs and related charges.

All of the substances allegedly tested positive for both methamphetamine and ecstasy.

In the attic, authorities said they found more drugs in a white safe. It allegedly contained a plastic container with MDMA pills, small baggies of methamphetamine for a total of 507 grams, a handgun magazine and two empty bags of Firmapress powder.
