Become a LehighValleyNews.com free registered member between July 1, 2024 and July 26, 2024 at 11:59 a.m. EDT to automatically be entered to win a 2 Steel Terrace tickets to see Greta Van Fleet at Musikfest in Bethlehem, PA. The winner will be randomly selected and notified by email on July 26, 2024.

How to Enter the Contest
a. To participate in the contest, you must do the following by July 26, 2024, at 11:59 a.m. EDT:

b. LehighValleyNews.com is not responsible for a submission that is lost, undelivered or misdirected, or for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, service outages or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches.

c. From all entries, ONE winner will be chosen at random on July 26, 2024 after 12:01 p.m. The winner will be notified by email. Prize must be claimed within 48 hours.

Eligibility Restrictions
a. The contest is open to adults (18 years or older) who currently reside in the United States. Employees of Lehigh Valley Public Media, volunteer staff members managing the contest, and the members of their households are ineligible to participate in the contest or win. Though participants can register for LehighValleyNews.com through multiple email addresses, we will only consider one entry per person.

The Prize Description
a. The prize will consist of 2 Steel Terrace tickets to the Greta Van Fleet concert, valued at $513.00.

b. All costs and expenses not specifically listed in the prize description are the responsibility of the winner. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prize is permitted, except by Sponsor.

c. LehighValleyNews.com reserves the right to make changes to the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If, due to circumstances beyond the control of LehighValleyNews.com, any prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, LehighValleyNews.com reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

d. The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. The winner is responsible for all fees and expenses associated with the acceptance, use, and/or misuse of the prize not expressly included in the prize description. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

e. If eligible and selected as prizewinner, the prize may be picked up at the office of LehighValleyNews.com, 839 Sesame St., Bethlehem, PA during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). The prize may also be shipped by LehighValleyNews.com upon the winner’s provision of certification of eligibility and an executed prize receipt and publicity release. A valid email address, registered with LehighValleyNews.com, is required as the prize will be transferred via email.

Selection of Winner
a. Decisions of station management with respect to the contest are final.

b. The grand prize winner will be selected at random on July 26, 2024 after 12:01 p.m., from all eligible entries received by the deadline on July 26, 2024 at 11:59 a.m. ET.

c. Entrants need not be present to win. LehighValleyNews.com will contact the winner via their registered LehighValleyNews.com email address. If the winner does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, that contestant will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected and notified in order from the alternate entries drawn.

Conditions
a. Payment of all federal, state, and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner.

b. By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising, social media, or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize. The winner must also sign a prize receipt and certify compliance with all eligibility requirements prior to release of the prize.

c. LehighValleyNews.com, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person for tampering with the entry process or with the operation of LehighValleyNews.com or who is otherwise in violation of the rules.

d. Additional travel costs and other expenses associated with the fulfillment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner and not the responsibility of LehighValleyNews.com or the Contest Sponsor.

Right to Make Changes
a. LehighValleyNews.com reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest. There is no substitution, transfer, assignment, or cash equivalent for prizes.

Responsibilities
