EASTON, Pa. — A popular local juicing company will expand it footprint to include an Easton location.
Green Vida Co., a cold-pressed juicing company owned by Jackie and Wilson Rueda, has bought a commercial property at 104 N. Fourth St.
- Green Vida Co. will have a new location in downtown Easton
- No current locations are closing
- The new location will not be a cafe, but a juicing facility
The company currently has two cafes, one in Forks Township and one in downtown Easton.
“The space that we are juicing out of currently is too small," Jackie Rueda said. "So we're moving our operation downtown to a separate location.”
The new location will not be a cafe, but will start as a base for the actual juicing and may eventually open a small retail store, Rueda said.
“We are not closing any of our current locations with this expansion,” Rueda said in a news release from Lehigh Financial Group, which assisted the couple with the commercial loan to acquire the new property.
The two cafes are a popular destination for those involved in the health-food lifestyle in the Lehigh Valley.
“All of our juices are 100 percent organic,” Rueda said. “And there's at least two pounds of fruits and vegetables in each bottle of juice. So they're getting high quality nutrients.”
As for what people should know about the expansion, Rueda said, “Expect the same quality juice as they've been getting. Hopefully, we'll be able to add more and more flavors and more varieties.”
