PBS39 Summer Series for Kids: Registration for free program is open

PBS39 Summer Series for Kids is a free summer learning program that runs Tuesdays through Thursdays for six weeks starting June 25, 2024. Registration is required and is open for a limited time.

BETHLEHEM, Pa. — PBS39’s free Summer Series program is back, designed to keep kids learning outside of school.

Geared toward children ages 2 to 8 and their caregivers, the series features music, stories, crafts and playful learning with local musicians, artists and friends.

It runs from 11 a.m. to noon on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays starting June 25 and continuing through Aug. 1.

It is held at the Univest Public Media Center on the SteelStacks campus in Bethlehem. Capacity is limited and registration is required.

PBS39 says supporters include Northampton County hotel tax funds, UPMC for You, Crayola, The Sylvia Perkin Perpetual Charitable Trust, and the Julius & Katheryn Hommer Foundation.

The series is organized by Lehigh Valley Public Media, which is comprised of PBS39, 91.3 WLVR and LehighValleyNews.com.
