LOWER SAUCON TWP., Pa. — A taste of Mexico is coming to the area.
Bubbakoo’s Burritos, a Mexican-fusion, national chain restaurant, on Tuesday, Aug. 26, will hold the grand opening of its latest location in the Creekside Marketplace, 1892 Leithsville Road.
The restaurant is next to the Giant supermarket.

Hours will be 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Sundays-Saturdays. It will be closed Mondays.
The latest franchise is the restaurant chain’s 10th in Pennsylvania and 130th in the United States.
The classic menu items list classic Mexican fare, including the newly renamed Papi Hibachi (hibachi-style steak and shrimp) burrito, the Nashville burrito, the Burritodilla, customizable entrees and more.
Founded in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, in 2008, Bubbakoo’s Burritos offers a vibrant and inviting space where guests can enjoy fresh, high-quality ingredients in every customizable meal, according to the company’s news release.

Franchise owner Nivas Patel said that “opening a Bubbakoo’s Burritos in this community is more than just a business venture for me."

Bubbakoo’s Burritos Chief Executive Officer Chris Ives called the opening of the Hellertown location another ”exciting step” in the company’s journey.
“Bubbakoo’s growth is a reflection of our dedicated customers and franchise partners who believe in our vision,” Ives said.
“We are proud to expand into new communities like Hellertown, where we can introduce our signature flavors and commitment to quality.”
At the grand opening, the first 50 customers will get a free burrito. A raffle also will be held to determine the five lucky attendees who each will get a free iPad.
