Danza Azteca Del Anáhuac

Danza Azteca del Anáhuac performances feature traditional dancing and prayer from los pueblos indígenas de México (indigenous people of Mexico), specifically the region of Anáhuac, known as the heartland of Aztec Mexico, and located in the central and northern parts of the country.

The group wears traditional outfits to indigenous gatherings and educational events across the country while preserving their ancestors’ traditions.

Also taking the stage: local reggaeton artist, El Elegido.

Mecatos y tacos

General Zapatas will be serving up snacks and other treats such as tacos, pastelillos, enchiladas, burritos and flautas.

The Touchstone bar will also provide alcoholic beverages for the over-21 crowd (all proceeds from bar sales will benefit Touchstone's community programming).

Fostering diversity

¡Fiesta Latina! is part of an initiative that began with the ensemble theatre’s Festival UnBound, a five-day local arts-infused community celebration in September.

Over the last few years, the event has been aimed at building a relationship with locals and organizations that make an impact for Bethlehem’s Latino population.
