ALLENTOWN, Pa. — Allentown's "beloved holiday tradition" is making a return again this year.
Lights in the Parkway will run from Nov. 28 through Jan. 6.
In its 29th year, the holiday attraction at Lehigh Parkway will also introduce new themed experiences, according to a release from the city, including a Polar Express Night and a "Frozen"-themed children's night.
The event will also celebrate other holiday traditions, including Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa and Three Kings Day, organizers said.
The Move It Mondays series will also return to Lights in the Parkway, where visitors can walk, bike or stroll through the displays.
The parkway will be closed to vehicles on the following dates: Dec. 1, Dec. 8, Dec. 15, Dec. 22, Dec. 29, Jan. 5 and Jan. 6 (an additional walking day on Tuesday).
Tickets cannot be purchased on-site, but are available on allentownpa.gov/LITP. Online processing fees apply.
Through Oct. 31, visitors can get $2 off all tickets during the early bird sale. During that time, tickets cost $14 per car and $24 per commercial vehicle (which includes vans, minibuses or limousines under 14 feet).
