The holiday fun runs from Dec. 1 to Dec. 22.

An additional performance will occur at 8 p.m. on Dec. 20.

The merry revue, now in its 24th year, will be filled with music and jolly props (think penguins, jingle bells, panda bears, ukuleles, turtles, and dancing shopping carts).

Tickets cost $25 for adults, $15 for seniors and students with I.D.)

Live advent calendar

Touchstone will also participate in a live Advent calendar starting at 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 1.

The holiday spectacle occurs daily outside the door of the 1810 Goundie House at 501 Main Street.

Just as a traditional Advent calendar, the theater's actors will select an audience member to knock on the door and when it opens a special guest from a local restaurant, shop or nonprofit will appear to spread cheer and disburse holiday treats to the crowd.

The free-to-attend event is a partnership with the Downtown Bethlehem Association (DBA), in collaboration with Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites.

Participating businesses include Alloy 5; Edge Restaurant; the Sun Inn; Aardvark Sports Shop; Bitty and Beaus; Zoellner Arts Center; Grandpa Joe's Candy Shop; American Heart Association; Hand Cut Crystal; McCarthy's Red Stag Pub and Whiskey Bar; Astound Parking; Bethlehem Parking Authority; Donegal Square; Franklin Hill Vineyards; and the Melting Pot.
