PALMER TOWNSHIP, Pa. — The best-selling female rap artist of the 2010s will visit a local record store to promote the release of her new album.
But it appears registration already may be full.
Cardi B, best known for her 11-times-platinum hits "Bodak Yellow" in 2017 and "I Like It" (with Bad Bunny and J Balvin) in 2018, will appear at Spin Me Round in Palmer Park Mall on Sept. 20, according to her website.
The store also has announced the appearance on its website and says it will take place at 2 p.m.

The event is part of a one-week, six-stop tour of in-store appearances to promote Cardi B's new album, "Am I The Drama," to be released Sept. 19.
"To celebrate, we’re hosting an exclusive in-store photo event with Cardi B right here at Spin Me Round," the store's website — which links from Cardi B's website — says.
It says to meet the rapper, you have to pre-order the album, at $14.98 and bring a printed or digital copy of your order confirmation to he event.
But before 2 p.m. Wednesday, the registration link already listed the album as "unavailable" and would not allow visitors to buy the album.
Those who have ordered the album will meet Cardi B in person and have their photo taken by a professional photographer, then will get a private link to access and download your picture after the event.
Space and time are limited, the store says.
100 million records sold
The store tour will start a day earlier in Long Island, New York, have a New York City stop the day after, then have stops in Atlanta, Houston and Long Beach, California.
Cardi B debuted with the album "Invasion of Privacy" in 2018. It sold four times platinum and topped the charts, and it has become the best-selling female rap album of all time.
Since then, Cardi B has had 14 hits that reached gold or platinum and sold a collective 60 million copies.
Those include the and 2020 eight-times-platinum hit "WAP"(featuring Megan Thee Stallion)
In addition, she's had 15 hits on which she was a featured artists that have reached gold or platinum and sold more than 36 million copies.
Those have included collaborations with G-Easy on the seven-times-platinum "No Limit" in 2017 and the 10-times-platinum "Girls Like You" with Maroon 5 in 2018.
"Am I the Drama" already has produced two Top 10 Rap chart hits — "Outside" and "Imaginary Playerz."
