Can’t get enough spook but have done all the Halloween events? Here’s a new option for you – join Eerie Easton Walking Tours by the end of October!

Easton's past is rife with sinister tales of eerie disappearances, unsettling coincidences, and perilous journeys, from the murder of a Prohibition-Era mobster to the witches of Hexenkopf Hill.

Six of the most popular stories are returning to the tour this year, along with four new locations. The route follows major roadways and crosses at designated intersections.

Each tour stop is based on historical evidence, and the NCHGS archives are used to support it with documents, images, audio recordings, interviews and transcripts.

From late September through the month of October, Eerie Easton Walking Tours will be available at 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. every Friday and Saturday as well as 5 p.m. on Sundays. The tours last about an hour and a half.

This tour is not recommended for children under 12 years old. Pre-registration through Eventbrite is required. Sign up by clicking this link.
