Bacon Brothers, San Diego Symphony: Save on tickets to Zoellner Arts Center's fall season

BETHLEHEM, Pa. — Actor Kevin Bacon and his brother, Michael are among the headliners of Zoellner Arts Center's upcoming fall season.

The 26th anniversary opens with an upbeat concert by Hell's Kitchen Funk Orchestra on Sept. 9.

Art and music for all

The entertainment continues with LUVME: Disruption and Hope on Sept. 23 and Sphinx Virtuosi on Sept. 29.

The Princeton Singers take the stage on Oct. 1 and Philly natives/siblings Kevin and Michael Bacon perform song of their hits and new song, "A Philly Thing" on Oct. 6.

In between, there will be performances by the San Diego Symphony (Oct.12), Momix: Alice (Oct. 28) and the Rodney Marsalis Philadelphia Symphony Brass (Nov. 17).

There are also several student-led concerts and performances starting with the Department of Theatre's "This is Not the Play," (Oct. 4 - 7) and a conversation with author Neil Gaiman (Oct. 8).

Following is the Lehigh University Choral Arts: Sacred and Profane (Oct. 21 - 22), Lehigh University Jazz Repertory Orchestra (Oct. 29), Lehigh University Faculty String Quartet: Impression Sunrise (Nov. 5), Lehigh University Student Fall Concert (Nov. 11), Lehigh University Universal Wind Ensemble: Come Dance With Us (Nov. 19) and Lehigh University Philharmonic: A Dance Across Life (Dec. 1 - 2).

Fun for all: Storyfaces, Zoellner's family day will feature a fusion of live art displays, a rock concert and comedy show on Oct. 14.

'Tis the season

It wouldn't be the holidays in Christmas City without the magic of music.

Shows include Fancy Nancy Splendiferous Christmas (Dec. 3), Cherish the Ladies: A Celtic Christmas (Dec. 8), Postmodern Jukebox: Life in the Past Lane (Dec. 9), Lehigh University Choral Arts: Christmas Vespers (Dec. 10) and Vienna Boys Choir (Dec. 15).

A performance of the "Nutcracker" will close the season on Dec. 16 and 17.

Tickets are sold individually or people purchase a subscription package and to save up up to 20% on three or more events.
