EASTON, Pa. — Call it scaled-down art with big intentions.
The Arts Community of Easton, or ACE, will hold a "Small Works Show" starting on April 20 at Sigal Museum, 342 Northampton St.
- The Arts Community of Easton's newest exhibit brings together a diverse group of local artists
- The free show will feature more than 10 member artists showing small works ready to purchase
- The exhibit takes place from April 20 - June 11
The exhibit will feature more than 30 member artists showing small (and some large) works ready to buy for collection or gift-giving.
Artwork will be on display at the museum until June 11 and online via social media.
The new show will bring together a diverse group of artists from contemporary to traditional and from abstract to representational, a release said.
ACE’s mission is to encourage and promote all the arts, foster an appreciation of the arts and enrich the quality of life by offering arts involvement, education and community programming to the Easton area.
Meet the artists
The organization will hold an opening reception from 6 to 8 p.m. on April 28 in partnership with Easton Out Loud, a citywide event that features music, art and food on the fourth Friday of every month.
The event also will kick off ACE's self-guided Arts Tour, which will take place April 29-30 at several local art galleries, shops and restaurants, including Connexions, 213 Northampton St., and Eleven20, 1120 Butler St.
