ALLENTOWN, Pa. - The Lehigh Valley Phantoms got a throwback bobblehead. It's a part of the first vintage bobblehead series for the American Hockey League.
- Bobbleheads originated in China and can be traced back to European portraits from the 1760s
- They became popular in America in the 1960s
- Original versions featured baseball icons such as Roberto Clemente, Micky Mantle, and Willie Mays
It's a limited-edition bobblehead made by the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum. They are available for purchase at the museum’s online store.
