ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Three contenders for the next superintendent of the Allentown School District have been selected by the school board.
The final three include Stephen Thompson, John Stanford and Shaun Black and all have prepared direct pitches to city residents outlining his 90-day plan for ASD should he be hired to lead the district's 17,000 students.
The videos are prominently featured on the district’s YouTube page.
The district is searching for a permanent replacement for former Superintendent Thomas Parker, who left the district earlier this year.
