What were the 10 most expensive homes sold in Carbon County the week of Oct. 9?

A house in Blakeslee that sold for $470,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Carbon County in the past week.

In total, 39 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $213,641, $149 per square foot.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 9 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $275K, single-family residence at 179 Chippewa Trail

A sale has been finalized for the single-family home at 179 Chippewa Trail in Albrightsville. The price was $275,000 and the new owners took over the house in September. The house was built in 1995 and the living area totals 1,395 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $197.
