Don DeVault grew up at Pheasant Hill Farm in Emmaus. As an adult, he occupies a corner of the farm with his business porTch tea. Don creates delicious kombucha, a sweet tea that is fermented by a culture of bacteria and yeast. In addition to Don’s non-alcoholic teas, he also brews Hard Kombucha. He talks to Christine and Devan about the blends that he comes up with from herbs and fruits grown on the farm or in southeastern PA. This is part 1 of a 2-part WLVR Flight Club.
