Last week, Devan and Christine talked with Greg Heller-LaBelle, CEO of Colony Meadery on Bethlehem’s South Side, to find out what “mead” was – hint…it’s not a honey wine. It is a fermented beverage made with honey, water and yeast. This “nectar of the gods” comes in many flavors from Mead Maker Mike Manning. Christine and Devan test a flight this week.
