Each week Megan is joined by reporters to talk about the stories they’ve been following. These journalists are experts in their beats and offer you a greater understanding of the stories they’re working on.
This week, Megan talks with Allentown reporter Jason Addy.
Addy has been following the story about Gen. Harry Trexler’s former home. It’s set to be razed because it was found to no longer have any historic significance. However, some folks feel like this is a disrespectful to such an important man in Allentown’s history.
Also, Allentown City Council voted this week on approving a ballot question that would award council raises — their first in years. Addy discusses next steps.
And, Environment and Science beat reporter Molly Bilinski tells us about litter vigilantes doing their part to clean the community.
In addition, there are droughts, wildfires and a whole lot going on in the local environment. Molly clears things up for us.
