Heads up! Here are 5 things you don't want to miss today

BETHLEHEM, Pa. — Today is National Meatball Day. Do you have a favorite kind of meatball? Italian? Swedish? Those yummy ones 5 Things team member Stephanie Sigafoos makes with grape jelly in the slow cooker? Seriously, she's more than just a weather genius.

1. According to the National Weather Service at Mt. Holly, NJ, today will have a high of 48 degrees and a low of 27 degrees. Luckily, the day is expected to be mostly sunny. But we can't say the same thing about tomorrow.

2. About 30 people assembled outside the Lehigh Valley Health Network-Cedar Crest Campus yesterday to protest the possible medical deportation of a local Allentown woman. You can read more here.

3. Bethlehem city officials are looking into different ways to fight the housing crisis. Ryan Gaylor has the story.

4. Plans for Strawberry Acres, a residential development in North Whitehall Township, have been in the works for nearly a decade. Now, it faces one more hurdle.

5. Rep. Susan Wild, D-Pa. is holding a webinar tomorrow on the Community Project Funding program. Wondering what that is? Tom Shortell has the details.
