BETHLEHEM, Pa. — Today is the National Day of Unplugging. And while it might be hard to unplug at work, we suggest you take this opportunity to plan a relaxing, screen-free evening. You might be surprised at what it does for your health.

1. According to the National Weather Service at Mt. Holly, NJ, today is a cold one, with a high of 42 degrees and a low of 36 degrees. Rain is expected after 2 p.m., so make sure to pack an umbrella.

2. If you're an artist looking to make some extra money, The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley announced a public art opportunity worth a cool $20,000. Alan Lu has the scoop.

3. Don Simon, our beloved financial administrator, has made his debut on our website with a theater review. There's one actress in particular, he said, whose "performance alone is worth the price of your ticket." Make sure you check it out.

4. Phil Gianficaro covered a panel discussion on how little those who teach our youngest and most vulnerable make. The numbers might surprise you.

5. Tom Shortell has a story on an unusual law that could make for interesting radio, and the political drama it could cause. It's an intriguing read you won't want to miss.

As always, thanks for reading. Make it a great day!
