Small business, in particular, could suffer.

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Pennsylvania’s Governor has asked all non-essential businesses to close statewide for 14 days.

Frank Facchiano of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerceaddressed how small businesses should navigate the closure.

He said small business is the backbone of the Lehigh Valley.

“They’re certainly not all created equal and some will be able to get through the two-week closure and drive on and it’s going to be a real hardship for others and if it lasts longer than that we are going to be in deep," said Facchiano.

Facchiano said local and the federal government are working together to come up with ways to help out employers and employees in this critical time.
