- Vicki Doulé rejoins Capital Blue Cross from BSI Corporate Benefits

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Capital Blue Cross has named Vicki Doulé as head of its Lehigh Valley operations.
The hiring reunites Doulé with Capital Blue, where she worked 23 years from 1995 to 2018. She was vice president of group sales when she left to become senior vice president of BSI Corporate Benefits in Bethlehem.
“We’re thrilled to have Vicki return to us to fill such an important role,” Capital Blue Cross President and CEO Todd Shamash said in a news release. “She brings a love for the Lehigh Valley, a broad knowledge of its healthcare landscape, and a true passion for its people. Having her back to lead our Lehigh Valley operations further illustrates our deep commitment to the region.”
Doulé has served in several community volunteer roles in the Lehigh Valley. She is a board member and former board chair at ArtsQuest. She also is a member of the Lehigh Valley Business Coalition on Healthcare’s wellness and education committee, and the United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley’s Tocqueville Society member advisory cabinet.

Capital Blue Cross serves a 21-county area that includes the Lehigh Valley and central Pennsylvania. Its Lehigh Valley regional headquarters is at 1221 Hamilton St. in Allentown.
