El Dia de los Reyes, known as Three Kings' Day is coming to the SteelStacks beginning at 3 p.m. Sunday at ArtsQuest.
Children will hear the story of the Three Kings, followed by gift-giving. There will also be arts and crafts, live music, and food available for purchase from Holy Infancy Catholic Church in Bethlehem. The feast is also known as Epiphany Sunday, and the end of the 12 days of Christmas.
It's a day celebrated by Christians in Spain and Latin America to mark the end of the holiday season.
The tale, or so it goes, begins with the Three Kings, (also known as the Three Wise Men), visiting a newborn Jesus.
Traveling through the desert, Melchior, Caspar, and Balthazar follow a star for twelve days, bringing with them gold, frankincense, and myrrh as gifts.
